hey! it’s the start of a new year. i can’t wish it to be wonderful and sunshiney and butterflies (for you? snort) but i can wish it to be memorable and less bumpy. Please, Lord, I hope it’s nothing like this last year. I’m crossing my fingers that this year you get to be on the path you wanna be, that you get to do stuff you want to do, with people you like being with. That the wheel of Life stays up and the ride isn’t too bumpy (but just a little a bit bumpy to keep things interesting). That the people you meet are worth keeping and don’t harm you. and that you get more love than you deserve and that you think it possible (and maybe just maybe, you’ll see that you’ve earned it quite enough).
